Negrita restaurant was born from the dream of being able to put ecuadorian food on the map giving a little part of ourselves in each plate. We are passionate about defending local product and its producers

Negrita restaurant is a cultural mix between both of its chefs, one french and the other ecuadorian born in manabi region very well known for its gastronomy. Our purpose is to make you discover the ecuadorian terroir through a variety of techniques both modern or ancestral and give you a gastronomical experience in a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.
